Survival News: Family of Six Makes it out Alive in Nevada

A family of six was able to make it out alive in some unforgiving weather just this week in Nevada.

Survival expert Joseph Teti said the adults “made all the right decisions.” (Source: CNN)

1.) The adults stayed calm.

2.) The adults assessed the situation.

3.) The adults stayed with the vehicle, making them a stationary target, which is easier to find.

4.) These adults started a fire, used the hot rocks to stay warm by placing them back into the vehicle.

5.) The adults helped the children to view the situation as a camping adventure.

6.) Everyone came out alive and in good health!
