Wild Edible of the Week: Cattail!

Mmm-mmm…good!

I really enjoy eating cat tail!

Cattail is nutritious, high in fiber (you know what that means!), and it can add balance to a scavenger’s diet.


Cattail (bulrush, typha, cat o’ nine tails) grows in swampy areas.
